Aftermarket rear sights? 19-4
My google skills must be lacking, I'm not finding anyone that makes a replacement rear sight for a 19-4. My factory sight is broken and I'm having a hard time finding - in stock - replacement of factory parts, so I've been looking for aftermarket options.
Ideas?

Smith & Wesson no longer stocks 'em. They referred me to Guns and Gun Parts in West Springfield, MA, 413-732-9938. "Mike" quoted me $90 shipped for the rear site on a 19-4.

ouch. This 'steal' of a Model 19 is starting to add up! After paying $90 for this, I'll have *almost* $320 into it.....

The S&W adjustable rear sights have always been junk, in my opinion.
Do yourself a favor and spend the money on a Bowen Classic Arms "Rough Country" replacement adjustable sight. You won't be sorry.
S&W Rough Country Rear Sights : + Bowen Classic Arms +, Parts Store
Here are a couple of pics of my PC627 wearing its Bowen rear sight. I got the plain rear blade, but if you prefer the factory-style white outline blade, they offer them too.

If it's only the blade that is broken, I have an assortment of original plain (black) replacement blades. Will need your barrel length to determine the correct blade height.
XTrooper has given you an excellent choice for aftermarket rear sights . . . you can't go wrong with a Bowen.

...Or you could do a search for a Smith & Wesson adjustable sight, or look on an auction site like eBay or GunBroker.
Just did a quick check on GB: 5 K-frame sights, varying prices.

Thanks for the thread, I always wondered where my site came from on my no-dash 617, it might be a Bowen?

I guess if it is a Millet, it is NLA, nothing on their website like a rear sight.

I agree. It's not a Bowen.

How is the rear sight broken, blade, base, or what? Does the base have the old square or new rounded front? I have a couple of old sight bases with broken blades, etc. I also have an unknown brand stainless/nickel that is very similar to S&W, but not the old 66 "all stainless" sight.

Have you searched Gunbroker, and Auction Arms? There are several parts dealers there. A complete rear sight assembly will normally run from $85 to $125. Be sure to specify 19-4, as there are several different shank styles and sizes. If it is only the blade, that can be user replaced with a kit from S&W. Order by specific model, caliber and barrel length.

While I am partial to Millett or Behlert's rear sights, the Bowen definitely has got my attention (Thanks for sharing it, XTrooper). I would follow H Richard's suggestion and check the better known auction sites; I get some of my best accessories from them. Good luck.
