10-5 grip help

Hi Everyone! I am a new member here. I have a 1976-77' model 10-5. It has pachmayr grips currently. I am looking for some original era grips.

Square butt K frame

My question is:

1)What do the original grips look like? I have seen several versions of wood grips with different checkered panel sizes.

2)Did they use the same grips over a certain period of time?

This is a 10-7 wearing "Modified Magnas" that are rounded at the bottom. I am not sure if the 10-5s routinely came with these but it's possible.




Wow, I just realized this is the only K frame I own with post-1968 Magnas. The regular Magnas are like these but squared at the bottom.

Yes, both my 70's 10-5 revolvers have grips just like those.
