Question Target Thumbrest Grips N-Frame Walnut

Hi Folks, I have a pair of grips that came to me, but I am unsure of the maker. Any suggestions? The finish, nice walnut, color and fit look to me like Herrett's, but I am thinking perhaps Scott? Very thin front strap cover (like Sanderson) and a thicker area in the rear for the web of the hand. Definitely bulls-eye target grips. I checked them on an N-frame and they fit nice and snug. Any ideas appreciated. Best wishes, Marc

They look like Herrett's to me, but I'm certainly no expert.

Default Herrett's

I am no expert either. But I have a pair identical to these in K/L size with the Herrett's sticker still inside one grip. Really nice grips and the lighter colored wood looks great on a blued gun to my eyes. JA

Many thanks for all of the information folks. The color, grain and finish remind me of vintage Herrett's, but the shape could be either Scott or Herrett's. I had forgotten the earlier Herrett's had a sticker inside. I was looking for a stamp. God Bless, Marc

They are Jay Scotts. The Moon Eyes cuts (that's what I think of when I see them) on the back along with the screw, checkering, etc. are the tell sign.
