Nice grips! I've never seen a non-underlugged 3" 36 with adjustable sights. What's the story on that?

N Frame: Not quite sure. Opinions all over the place on this guy. Some say it is a rare model, others say it's a knock off. What I find interesting is the bluing under the rear sight is the same matte bluing that is on the rest of the top strap. It is a 36-1 though and those are usually a blued bull barrel 3" J frame without the adj sights. It's a square butt, and I once had a 36-1 and it was a round butt.

For the time being it has been put away as I wait for a letter from Roy. I bought it because it is a "neat little shooter". We will wait and see what the Head shed has to say.

I have two 36’s with 3” barrels. A “No dash” with a square butt and a -1 with a round butt. But I’ve never come across a Model 36 with adjustable sights. I guess it could have started life as a special order.
