Does anyone use the Nate Tactical Original Holster for revolver carry? I just got one and I'm concerned that the elastic doesn't provide enough trigger protection. The Nate Professional holster is outstanding for semi-autos, so I am a bit disappointed in the Original.

Howdy, Welcome aboard. There is a ton of great information here. I think that this question probably belongs in the holsters or carry gear section. With that being said, and in my opinion, neither of the holsters provide a secure carry option. I'm talking about a rough and tumble encounter not a disarming attempt. There are a metric ton of other, readily available products that do.
