Default Nickel 2" 15-3 W/ RR/WO and Trigger Stop

I am reading and trying to understand SCSW on this gun and I just continue to scratch my head. It all looks to be a factory gun with these features. Nickel 2", RR/WO, serrated trigger, trigger over travel stop. Just how unusual is this configuration? Could this be a candidate for a letter? Or is it just another 15-3?

I don't know, but it sounds like a nice model 15.
