Default .32 Long conversion options?

Can a Model 10 j-frame be converted/updated to a more common caliber?

Welcome to the Forum. Uh, a Model 10 is a K-frame (medium sized). A J-frame is the smaller sized (frame) version.

Regards,

Dave

We need to correctly identify what gun you are talking about. There are 32 Long caliber in both I/J Frames and K Frames. The I Frames are older guns at least 50+ years old, the J Frames could be from more recent times, but not real recent, and if a K Frame it might be an extremely expensive collectors gun. Go up to the top of this forum and get the post that describes what needs to all be listed to be able to identify your gun. Please describe what you mean "OTC".

I'm guessing he misread "CTG".

If it's a gun you own, pictures would help.

A conversion probably wouldn't be worth the cost vs just buying what caliber you want.

Don't do anything till the gun has been identified. It could be a desirable collector.
