Lucked out Sun. and Mon.
Sunday at the gun show in Hampton VA, I picked up a Mod. 15 with Target Trigger and Hammer. Some dings and a couple of scratches but a pretty deep blue. Came with magnas but I thought the Target stocks were appropriate. This morning I stopped by my local pawn shop to find a very nice 36-1, priced reasonably at $390. It completed my trio of a nickel 36, a blue 36 and a stainless 60; all nice little snubbies. Had them both to the range this PM and very happy. Got the Mod 15 dated but need some help on the 36. Nice brace of .38's there my friend.
Be very, very, careful as you have started down
the slippery slope. There's always the NEXT one....
Then the one after that....

Looks like maybe 1971/72 manufacture date for your sweet little 36.

Really like the 15! I do not have 1 myself. Have a 67, no dash from 1973. Talk about good shooters! They both fit the bill. Enjoy your new Smiths! Bob
