Which 63-3 would you buy
Factory S&W 63-3 2" barrelled version or the Lew Horton version?
What do you get from the Lew Horton version that you don't get with the factory one.

Sorry...... but IMHO if it's for a "Kit Gun" (I have) go with the 6 shot 4 inch.

BOTH made by S&W. Horton was only a distributor. Buy the cheaper one. What doyou get different with a Horton dist. gun? Nothing. First 2" 63's were requested by Ashland Shooting Supplies I believe in 1986.

At least the Shelby has a name tag on it... Lew Horton, Ashland and whoever only made a large order of something they thought would sell. Some of them were popular enough that the factory cataloged them. Nothing to see here...
