Default Who can tell me about these stamps.

This came in for repairs and I noticed these stamps. I think the factory repaired it long ago but I'm curious what these are.
Thanks in advance.

I think that the one following "LA" is a staghorn ... it would be great if I could explain the significance but cannot. I've seen that before while researching something... an old drilling maybe?

German C.I.P. proof marks:

German eagle with N = Normal = Nitro proof
On the barrel, the frame
and there should be a 3. stamp on the cylinder...

C.I.P. proofed in IA = 80 = 1980
in the Proof House Ulm (the "antler")
Beschussamt Ulm - Staatliche Stelle f"ur Beschusswesen und Sicherheitstechnik

ENGELS FFM = (Waffen-) Engels, Frankfurt/Main
gaspistole, waffen, zoraki, gaswaffe, schreckschuss

Here you can download the C.I.P. proofmarks

here are the proof marks on my 1969 model 60. It was purchased in Germany at a Rod and Hunt club and I bought it from the original owner. As I understand it, Germany would not sell a gun unless it passed their proofing with higher than standard loads.

To handlebar:
Your M 60 was C.I.P. proofed here:
Bayerische Beschussverwaltung - Beschussamt M"unchen

The C.I.P. "pressure specs" for 38 Special (scroll down)
CIP - Homologation

Under "TDCC" (choose language EN) you can download
the cartridge(max) & chamber(min) dimensions

...and compare it with
SAAMI
