Gorgeous example.
Does it usually hide in a dark safe or is it normally out on display for all to admire?
I too have only one 25-2 example..............but there ain't no way in H E double L that I'll be posting pics of it in this thread!

I'm usually pretty good at gettin' the shy gals to open up.
Send her on down Texas way and I'll corrupt her a bit and then send her on back home to you.

While she may not as clean as when she left you........she'll always have a little grin when she shame walks back home.

I just loaded some moonclips. Taking this one’s 625JM cousin to the range. Beautiful 25-2.

Any idea when it was nickeled and the front sight added?
A 25-2 in nickel and the RR would be rather rare. Although, anything is possible with S&W.

$529.54 worth of work performed in 1975 equates to $2550 dollars in 2020! (And this doesn't include the original price of the revolver and what that would equate to today.)
