My whole life I have been a 1911 kind a guy. But last year when I inherited my Dad’s Smiths I became a DA revolver fan. As I am inclined to big bore handguns, I purchased a 629 from a friend and my love affair for the .44 Mag took off. Learning more about the caliber, I ran across Elmer Keith and had to have a Model 29 with e 4” tube and magna grips. Maybe someday I get some ivories but for now, I think my Kurac’s look great.

Nice picture, the switch was a pleasure wasn't it? Kuracs grips are top of the line for my hand.

Full House loads are a little challenging. If I were to shoot them alot I would get a Tyler T Grip. Mostly I load to .44 Spl.

Very nice. I have one of the Buck knives I received on my first Father's Day from my infant son - 1966. Seeing the photo brings back pleasant memories. I have a 29-2 that I am learning to handle, It is a hand full with powerful loads. I am still testing with Montana and Mt. Baldy bullets.

I bought the Buck in 1977 when I went into the service and wore it everyday on my uniform belt and in my civies. For a long time there I had a clip knife in my pocket but the Buck seems to have found its way back on my belt. Thanks for the comments.
