Only about 3630 were mfg between 1947 and 1974.
With box, and paperwork you should be looking at $ 950 - $ 1150.

I do not follow the prices on the 16-3, but the 16-4's were made later and in greater quantities and they are going for that kind of money. I suspect that a 16-3 would go for much more.

Hey 505Gibbs
The price on any mod 16 has gone up very sharply in the last couple of years! The price mentioned above would be a good deal on a 16-4(32 Mag)! The price on 16s start at about $2000 and goes up to "ridiculous" and above! ! !

I can tell the Group that a Mint Model 16-2 Sold - two plus years ago - for $2,000.00 plus shipping; 20 minutes after I Posted the information on this Forum and within an hour they had an "I'm next" list of more than a dozen other folks. I Posted an "It's gone!!!" message; 30 minutes after my original Post but it didn't stop some people.

There's a 16-4 4'' with combats for sale on GB. Never even heard of one before.
