What should I offer for a blue M48 , 8 3/8 " barrel. with a spare .22 LR cylinder and crane?
Condition is 98%, no box or papers.

If they want less than $550, buy it. I'd be thrilled to have a LR cylinder for my Model 48-3. The spare cylinder may be numbered under the extractor star. I tend to be conservative and it's probably worth more.

Around here, you could sell that gun for $700 or so - probably more.
I have seen 8-inch 48s without an auxillary cylinder sell for more than that.

Several years I picked up a 6" 48-4, about 98% in the box with a spare .22LR cylinder. IIRC, the fellow was asking $200, which I gladly paid!
