I have been looking for an original vintage instruction manual for my S&W combat masterpiece. I found website that sells reproduction instruction manuals, but their master copy does not have a date only form number 05-01-0177. Does this form number look familiar to anyone?

Blue Brick - Welcome to the Forum!

We have this neat thing we do around here and it's called "Karma". Members occassionally throw names in a hat and give someone a prize.

I hate to spoil you on your first post, but send me an email with your address and I'll put an original in the mail to you tomorrow.
It's not perfect but the price is right

WOW! That's what I call service! Thanks! We should start a file of instruction sheets in a permanent thread at the top. It would be a great reference tool.

You are entirely welcome. Brings back memories. Look at the parts prices for the 67. I bought my 67 just after they came out and paid $135.00 new. Then in 1973 I bought a Model 66 and paid $160.00 new. Times have changed!
