Guys I have 2 pictures of a 66 that I put a 681 barrel on after cuting to fit the ejector rod and I cannot seem to get the paste option to work if some one can add it to this post they are on photobucket under 53jrm I can work a lathe and milling machine a lot better than a computer. Email me and I will give you password

Nice Job, 53jrm! Did you modify the front sight, too, or did it come like that? Don't think I've ever seen a partridge sight like that before.

Thanks Guys! The front sight was milled it has a rib that I tried to match the sight tang on the 66. Its a 3" barrel that was a 6" 681 that I used in PPC matches. The take off was a red ramp 2 or 2 1/2
The L frame threads are a little bigger than the K the front sight looks nice but it hangs up on stuff it is held down with 1 6-32 SHCS. The crane has a spring and ball inserted and a matching indent on the frame to replace ejector lock. I bought the pistol at the Tulsa gun show about 1988 for the grips at the time I thought they were Rosewood. Thanks a bunch davwingman!
