Other than the wood grip and the matte finish how is the model 60 Lady Smith different from the standard model 60? The Lady Smith weighs 1.4 oz less. Is that just the difference in grip weight? They both retail for $727. It seems like the Lady Smith would be more with wood grips.

Wow, I bought that Lady Smith 60 on 5/1/07 for 469.99. That would be the 2 inch barreled 357. I can't imagine they have went up that much. What part of the country is that price from?

There is the Lady Smith .38spl and the Lady Smith .357/.38spl, the former of which comes in good ole' fashion blue, while the latter comes in SS.

Apart from that, the barrel lengths are different (2 1/8 vs. 1 7/8) and both have "Lady Smith in script etched on the gun's right side.

Doesn't the Ladysmith .357 also have a shrouded ejector?

The LS model also has a fixed rear sight and a lower front sight.
