I have an unfired 25-2 in .45ACP of course, that was converted by Austin Behlert. Just trying to get some info on these conversions as I know nothing about them. Is it similar to a Jovino? Thanks.

Yes, it is very similar to the conversions done by Jovino. I'm sure many more will chime in shortly, but Austin was one of our nations pre-eminent pistolsmiths & one of his specialties was cutting down concealment weapons for pros (mainly Browning HPs, 1911s & N frames like yours). He passed a few years back. He was a master gunsmith & a true gentleman. You own a valuable heirloom, sir.

I recently purchased an identical 25,but
with goodyears.
I thought it was a Jovino,but I don't find any markings.
Possibly a real expert in this chopped N frame
niche will give us some tips.
That is a very cool gun.
