Price on a OSP Commemorative Model 19 ?

I have the opportunity to purchase a NIB (cherry presentation case) Oregon State Police Anniversary commemorative Model 19 4" for $450. I've heard mixed opinions that commemoratives demand less money than standard models so I am at odds if this model should command a $450 price. It doesn't seem too out of line for a nib revolver. Any thoughts ?

It's a good price just because it's NIB.
I don't like commemorative engraving but it would make a great range, house, or carry gun regardless.
