Default S7W model 13-1

I had an old friend call me today wanting to sell A S&W model 13-1, 4", blue, P&R, original magna grips. His son recently died and I know he has funeral expenses and I want to give him a fair price for it. It has a little barrel and cylinder wear and looks to be about 95%. No pics available. Based on this info, what do you think would be a fair price for it?

In todays market I would say a price of $600-$650 would be fair to the both of you for just the gun. Does he have the original box and paperwork / tools? Add $50 or so. Others might say differently so solicit some other opinions.

I'd give him $700.
