Default S&W questions

Here's 2 questions for the membership:

1. Does anybody know where to find a pin-in ramp type of front sight?
My 16-4 has a Patridge front blade. I'm not fond of these and would like to replace it with a Baughman type of ramp.

2. Does anybody know where to find a "blanking" plug for the lock hole and how to fit it in?
I saw a comment on the forum within the last 2 or 3 months from a member who had done this but I have been unable to find the thread lately.

Bullseye Smith here on this forum sells a plug for the lock hole. You can check Brownells for a sight.

As usual forum members are totally awesome. Thanks Nightowl and EO for the fast replies. That was exactly the info I was looking for regarding the lock.
