Default 637 hammer question

i have a 637 chiefs special dont like the exposed hammer can i put a bodyguard style hammer if not what or my options

I cut the spurs off all my J Frames and most of my larger frame revolvers too. It's not a difficult thing to do and it doesn't matter if your hammer is MIM or carbon steel. That's much more simple and effective than buying a new hammer and having to fit it to the gun.
