So I dont shoot myself in the hand when using it as a hammer.
That is just dumb. Mine never goes off when I use it as a hammer and I just don't see the need to use the lock for something so frivolous.

I've never had any trouble either but I'm thinking he may be on to something. Got to give this some thought.
