I just put some Hogue Bantam grips on my newly acquired 360J. With the stock Uncle Mike's grips the empty weight on my postal scale was 14.0 oz. With the Hogue Bantams it's 13.2 oz. Empty weight of my Ruger LCR is 13.5. So with just a change in grips I've succeeded in getting the weight down below the LCR.
Make sure to carry Blaser ammo only now because aluminum cases weigh less than brass cases do. I had a guy tell me that once. Honestly, I guess I'm not sensitive enough to feel small changes like that.
I'm glad that you're happy with the new grips, Uncle Mike's makes some good stuff. Man, that LCR is just so fugly.
