Default Been thinking of a mouse gun... thoughts on 317 and/or 351?

Been thinking of a mouse gun as a BUG to compliment some of my S+W revolvers...

I'm leaning towards a S+W Model 351 or Model 317 over some of the smaller autos like Kel-tec, Ruger LCP, Beretta Tomcat for many reasons.

Compliments my existing holsters
7/8 round capacity
revolver reliability
revolver simplicity (important when I consider my wife)
weight
ergonomics...

Oh yeah... I like .22's and it will compliment my collection

Only the Beretta and Walther PPK/S have the ergonomics I like, but the weight and QC issues scare me off.

How about the 43c when it becomes available? Or do you rather have the SA option?

I would check these out then... A little pricey, but fit the bill.

Default Model 317 & 351

I have model 317's in both 2" & 3" barrel & a 1 7/8" 351PD. All shoot very well but don't have quite the fit & finish of my beloved old 2" Model 34-1. I carry the 2" 317 in my survival kit when hunting so it gets the most use but the 3" w/ fire sights is easier on my 50 year old eyes. I think you'd be very happy w/ any one of them. I wouldn't carry anything less than a .38 for self-protection but .22's have fed me more often than all other calibers & keep me in practice cheaply. The only problem was I had to buy 2 of the 2" 317's to get to keep one... my wife adopted the first one for a plinker.
