Lost my job in Feb. and am down to selling guns to pay the bills.......
I have a 617-4....no box or papers........but in excellant condition..........factory rubber grips.10 shot 4inch

I picked up a used 4 inch 617-4 10 shot at local gun shop for $550.00 in August 2010, they were asking $575.00 but they took my offer.

That's a desirable version of a desirable gun so you should have no trouble selling it. Try posting a Want to Sell ad in the Classifieds on the Forum.

just bought one used for $600 last week. It's a 686-6 4in.

The -4 was the last one before the lock. Like others have said above....you will have no problem moving it.....if it's not gone already. The 4-inch barrels seem to be more diserable at the moment.
