Default 617 Performance Center Manufacturing Date

Hi,

just bought a 617 PC revolver with 6" barrel.
Is there anyone who can tell manufacturing date?
Serial number is ETC 01xx.
Is it possible to download the spec from anywhere?

BR., Dieter
