Default Lew Horton 27-8 Question

Looking at an 8-shot M27 Registered Magnum someone is selling with 5" barrel. It looks OK, but it doesn't have the larger target grips that I thought they came with. It's serial is RTDxxxx. Is this what it should be, or am I getting the gun mixed up with something else?
