Default Model 14-6 4 inch full lug

I picked up a model 14-6 4" barrel. It has the angled thumb latch and a recessed crown on the barrel.

Is this a "Roper gun"? Serial prefix BET.

Anyone know how many were made? I was told 100. Thanks! Regards 18DAI.
