market price for Model 617-1 6" no lock

I would guess in the $700 range, more with the original box and contents.

Wow. these have really gone up in value.
But seems like all the older non lock guns have gone up considerably over the last 10 years or so.

I saw one go for $550 with the box 4 months ago but it had rubber grips on it. I was gonna buy it but the guy wouldn't wait a week until I could travel the 2 hours to get it. I was even gonna premail the money. Golly gee! Lol. But I moved on to other Smith desires...
