Wink Let's see the most bodacious of your collections please.

I collect guns, knives and watches. These are the most shockingly attractive ( to my eyes) in my collection. Certainly the S&W 460XVR is bodacious. Then from my watch collection, the Citizen limited production Bullhead which was made in esteem for the bullheads Citizen made in the 1970s. Finally there is a Ruana hunting knife which I special ordered. Funny story about that knife. When it arrived I found a small imperfection in the metal of the tip. I sent it back and it was redone. Point is however this is a one off custom hand made knife and it came with an imperfection. So should we be upset when once and a while we receive a revolver from S&W (who mass produces) with an imperfection? Any way, if you also have collections, I would love to see a combo picture of the most bodacious of yours.

Very sweet looking trio you have there.

Man, I love those X-frames. Tons of fun to shoot.....a bit expensive to keep fed, though. I have shot a decent priced 460 factory load that would be awesome on deer.....it was a Hornady flex-tipped load that simply screams outa the gun...uber velocity. It's about half the price of the simular loading for the 500. I gotta get into reloading.

Anyway....here is a pick of my hard-use gear...

The Eco-Zilla is a big, tough watch, not unlike the X frame.

Since this started out as a gun, a knife, and a wrist watch combo thread I decided to add in a slight twist:

I was raised apart from my father for family reasons. But it's always been interesting for me to learn how similar we were in so many ways. That's his Buck 110 on the left with his Seiko Kinetic. In the back is his Colt Official Police. On the right is my S&W M19 with one of my Buck 110's and my first decent wrist watch... Yep, a more modern Seiko Kinetic. Unfortunately, most of my Grandfather's and my Father's guns were sold to cover medical expenses. But we were able to set aside a few choice legacy items. While we were only together for a short time, I will always miss the man that wasn't a part of my life for very long. I miss you Dad.

Amazing how alike your tastes were, even more so in that you had little contact. Must be something to that "gene" thing, Eh?

My cousin almost laughs at me about it. She says I even order my eggs like he did. I tell the waitress that if they aren't browned then they aren't done... She almost shot Coke from her nose the first time she heard me say that. Maybe there is indeed something to be said for genetic memory. He also left me a Winchester 94 in .30-30 to go with my Win 92 and Marlin 336... And a blued four inch Python to go with my stainless six inch Python... And a Ruger Super Blackhawk .44 to go with my Blackhawk .45... The mysteries of life will always intrigue me.

Don't kick me out of the site, as this isn't a S&W, but it's the only gun/knife/watch pic I've got at the moment.

Hey moondancer where did you get that knife? I love lighthouses and the knife looks great. No disrespect towards your Kimber either. Guess I will have to put together a set to photograph as well..just wondered about the knife.

The knife is a William Henry Kestrel I placed an order for at a scrimshaw artist's place in Bar Harbor, ME in 2000. I had looked at one just like it but didn't want to pay the money he was asking. A couple days later I decided to buy it, and as luck would have it he had sold it in the meantime. So, I placed my order with him the week of July 4th and it arrived the week before my birthday, October 31st, 2000. The scales are wooly mammoth ivory. The reverse side is plain, but two-toned.

I haven't been back to Maine since then(so I don't know if he's still in business or not) and I believe the Kestrel is no longer being made. I paid north of $400 for it then and to me it's priceless.

Obviously no comparison to what has already been posted in this thread, but this is the only gun, knife, & watch photo I happen to have: S&W Model 631 .32 Magnum, S&W Shooter's Knife, Rolex Explorer II.

IDP45/70, saw you had one of the brit field knives good score. Few dealers at the local gun shows were selling them. then poof you couldn't find one for love or money. Also likes the bundeswhere gravity knife and the staright blade fighting knife. Good minds think alike. Thanks for sharing with us. Frank

Not one favorite I can isolate, but here are my revolvers. That's a 610-3 in the upper right.
