Default Model 49 problems??

My brother - in law sent in his 49-3 to S&W for a action job. First time to the range and he has two misfires factory ammo. Not good. Will be calling and sending it back but what is the ladys name that gets it done. I can,t remember her name Kathy or Katherine or something and her extension number. I heard she gets it done. She was the 624 lady for the recall.
