Default S&W box help

I have a M66-2 ,2 1/2" barrel without a box.Which box would be correct for this? 1 piece or 2 and measurements? I know you guys have the answer.

1 piece #3393, which is 12"x5"x2".

But, it can't be that easy. Depending on the serial number range and when it was made, it could be A Bangor Punta..., a LSI, or the later one with Made in the USA on the left of the front flap.

That would be late 1984 or early 1985 so it is in the LSI era.
