Default Different D/A trigger pulls with left and right hand??

Is it normal to have a slightly different trigger feel (in the same gun) between the right and left hand?

My S&Ws have a different feel depending on the hand I'm using to pull the trigger. For example, pulling the trigger with my left hand, the bolt seems to engage slightly later and because of that "staging" a shot with my left hand is more difficult.

Timing all seems to be ok either way, but was curious if this a "normal" thing. Is it a result of the Smith lockwork geometry?
