3" 627 V-Comp
I have a pre-lock 627 V-Comp with a 3" barrel, product code 170182. I can't find it in the Standard Catalog of Smith & Wesson (3rd Edition). Does anyone know how many were made, or anything else about these guns?
Thanks

V comp
I own a 3 inch 44 mag v-comp. I am curious; how do you know the product code? Do you have the cardboard outer shipping carton since they came in PC metal cases?

I sold my 3" S&W627PC V Comp two years ago. It was a sweet shooter and an almost perfect barrel length. My ideal 8 shot 38/357 revolver would be a 627 with stainless frame, 4 or 5 inch barrel and titanium cylinder.

Haris,
Yes, I have the outer cardboard box as well as another piece of paper in the case that has serial no, barrel length, product code, etc. I think I have everything it was shipped with except the bubble wrap.

Found this doing research on this gun. Looks like one of these 3" PC V-COMPS sold for $4,600.00 on Gunbroker. Buy now price was $5,300.00. Anyone have any other recent prices for this gun?
