I recently purchased my first S&W revolvers, a 1988 vintage Model 60 (no dash) and a 1980 Model 64-3. Neither of these guns has its original owner manual.

S&W's website provides for downloading owner manuals for a number of it's newer firearms, but my guns are not listed. I sent an email to them last week asking about obtaining manuals for their older revolvers, but have received no reply.

Does anyone on the forum know how I may obtain copies of the original owner manuals that would have come with my guns when they were new?

Thanks.

eBay & gunbroker have them from time to time, as do a number of forum members. eBay has both right now, buy now for $15 for the 64, & bidding at $5 for the 60. The ball is in your court!

There are several websites that provide manuals that can be freely downloaded. I had one in my favorites, but when my old computer died...

Anyways, I did a quick search and came up with this one:
Gun Manufactures and Manuals for Vintage and Modern Guns - www.vintagegunleather.com California

I see they have a manual for the M60,

but not the M64. No worries, since the M64 is merely a stainless steel version of the M10:

Here is link to a website that has a lot of manuals in PDF format that you can download free. There is a good selection and you may find what you are looking for.
