Welcome to the forum Tom.

As to your specific question regarding the commemmorative model 26-1s
I don't know the current values. But I'd like to find one for a decent price
myself.

Here is arecent thread on one I just purchased. It is one of forty
from the over run batch.

The model 26-1 at home with his brothers.Blue S&W perfection in 45 Colt ctg.

Good luck in your search.

According to the Jinks Special Products list that gun, SKU #100920, is a 26-4 and 802 were produced in 1988 and 1989. Serial number range is BBY00354 to BBY0434. This does not exactly agree with SCS&W but since I do not know the gun myself I cannot say for sure which is correct. I would tend to go with the Jinks which is a listing compiled by Roy in 1996 but I can't be sure.

In any event, sounds like an interesting gun.

Bob
