Took my brand new 617 to the range today to put it through the paces. I was shooting from 7 to 10 yards to try and get it dialed in. Gun was shooting high, I adjusted the sight to the point where I have no adjustment left and the gun is still shooting a couple inches high.
I'm going to clean the gun good and go back and try it again and see what happens. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the black front sight, it's not the easiest thing for me to see. Any ideas, it could just be me, if I still have the same problem I will have someone else shoot it and see how it does for them.
