Default 386 Nightguard holster recommendations?

Having a hard time finding a good holster for this 7 shooter. I don't think IWB is gonna work since the cylinder is so thick but looking for a medium ride OWB preferably a paddle maybe for stability, not wanting the gun to lean outwards on top like the holsters that come with Springfield XD's. Thanks!

I have a Galco Silhouette, but am not a huge fan of thumb breaks or open bottom. IT does fit my 4" L too though. If I bought another one it would be a Don Hume 721OT. I have had good luck with BladeTech paddles although I don't have one for a revolver. Comfortable with good weight distribution. I am pretty sure they will make you a 3" L.

I have had a real hard time finding a holster for my 386 as well... An L-frame holster has trouble fitting it, I am guessing because of the large XS express front sight? Not sure but I have tried a couple leather holsters for a snub L frame without luck.

Any holster for an L frame will work. The front sight is no bigger than a traditional blade. But you might want to check out lobo gun leather. He's a forum member and I've had him make several for me and have been nothing but completely satisfied.

Look into Rays holsters at lobogunleather.com......fabulous product at a very reasonable price and usually short wait times. Plus, he is a fellow forum member.

Another hearty endorsement of Lobo Gun Leather!

I've been carrying every day for 40+ years now and my Lobo Gun Leather Enhanced Pancake is the most comfortable holster I've ever owned for carrying big, heavy N-frame revolvers. It's the perfect holster for my PC 627 UDR 8-shot .357 Magnum pictured below. It keeps this big wheelgun high and tight making concealment a breeze and affords me all day comfort. I really like this holster. In fact, I had Ray make one for my M&P340 too!

I forgot about that. I took that boxy fiber optic front off a long time ago...
