Here's what I come up with:
M13-1986 or 1987.
M19-1983.
M28-2-1970.
M581-1981.
M586-1991.
Hope this helps.

I actually used the First Edition. (I know my way around it better). Pgs. 209 and 210 in that one. In the Third Edition look on Pgs 398 and 400. I don't have a Second Edition.

Hi Simon ,, the serial number game is a riddle one must figure out.
Some experienca and a little imagination helps.
let's start with ser # AAA. This is the earliest of the 581 production
and info is on page 247.
AAAxxxx was made in 1980.
Then there is ACB , this falls right in between ABL-Jan. 1983 ,and ADE-OCT.1983. So your model 19 was made in Summer of 1983.
(( page 400 on the left))
Then ANE serial ,which falls between AHC- Jan.1986 and AVB-JUly 1987.
If I had to guess I would say about February 1987..
Then your Nxxxx number.
This is very early for the N serial prefix and was made in 1969
( top left of page 398)
Good luck to you collecting in Belgium!
I have a model 57 with Belgian proof marks.

Thank you for your explanations.
Belgian's proof marks. It's very strange.
Can you show me these proof's marks?

First off, welcome to the Forum.
If you have a separate question it's best to start another thread. This one is a couple of years old.
But since you asked, the Catalog says 1981.
