Default Where are the 43C revolvers?

Davidsons still shows them, but none in stock. Lipseys also shows them, but I can't tell if any are in stock. A couple of months ago, I had all my local dealers check availability with no luck. Anybody know what happened on this?

Lots of threads here speculating that this model will be available any day now, and a recent one claims it has been entirely dropped from production.

It's still a featured J-frame on the S & W site, though, so I still have hope it will turn up *some* day...

They are in production now, and some are shipping. Last August I sent a 317 with a cracked frame back to S&W and requested it be replaced with a 43C. This week I was told my 43C will be at my FFL on Tuesday.

I have been looking for a good 'while' to find a 43c. While browsing this morning I found a popular online vendor who had listed in stock (recently listed out of stock) I placed order and then rechecked status after my order was placed and back to out of stock... crossing my fingers on this one. I'll get back to you in about a week~

After a 23 month wait, I finally ordered a M43C today. Outdoor Sports, HQ, a division of Jerry's, had 5 in stock. I should have it by Thursday. So, apparently they are finally shipping. I didn't hesitate, not knowing if S&W is going to make enough to go around. I'll do an update when I get it in. Bob!
