Default New Smiths for 2012

Anyone heard anything about any new revolvers coming. I spoke to a rep in one of my local shops yesterday and he said they are flat out trying to produce last year's stuff.
He also told me to look for some 3inch night guard's in 44 mag and .357 mag, and .327(8 shot) specifically for hiking/woods. Backpacker series.
Also, the 3inch .22 (Model 63) will be made in .22 magnum.
I haven't see anything on their website so i cannot confirm.

"SHOT Show in three weeks."

With all due respect, it seems like about 10 percent of items displayed and shown at the SHOT actually ever make it into production. A recent examples were the Big Horn lever action rifles in 500 S&W. There is a discussion on another forum about people putting down payments for them and the production date being constantly moved back months at a time. I have a feeling that they just gave their money away for nothing.
So anything that is displayed at the SHOT show, I wouldn't get all excited about until I see it on a dealer's shelf, since even catalogs can't get it right.....still looking for the Colt Python in 256 Winchester that was pictured in their catalog.
