Default Pricing help, Please

I now it is almost impossible to offer a value on an unseen item, but I am asking for general guidelines

I have a Model 66-3 3”. That was ordered 08/28/92. Has hammer mounted firing pin, Factory smooth trigger, and red ramp front sight. No white outline rear sight. I also have the correct factory “blue box,” with Vapor paper, and unopened cleaning kit.

It has been shot and perhaps carried, but extraordinarily little. I have had it five (5) years and yet to shoot it or carry it.
Any general pricing information would be appreciated.

Sincerely, Fred

^^^ this guy LOL

OP - if your 66 is indeed a 3" it is a sought after pistol by many on the forum, myself included. The whole package as you describe could bring $1500+ consigned through one of the well know forum members who are GB dealers. For a local sale, I'd say it would sell quickly around 1200-1300.

Good luck!

$1500 seems very realistic right now, in the condition you describe.

Great time to be dealing in guns ..... especially if you're a seller.

Now's the time for buyers to whine about price gouging. LOL

Easily a grand or better. Photos would help, but that ought to be a good start. Also, geography plays a part - folks in Cali would pay big bucks for a private sale within that state.

I'll go along with others that mentioned $1500. A 3" Model 66 with original box and contents...without lock. Now that is one hot ticket nowadays!
