442 +P's?

I picked up a nice little J-frame 442 trying to find out if i can use +P ammo in it. It's a 442 no dash. #BSR03XX..

It should say on the Barrel if it takes +P Mine says 38 Special and also +P beside it.

+P is fine as long as your hand can handle it.
