Default S&W mod 21-4

I've been pondering a .44 special for some time now. I recently found a used Mod 21-4 in great shape. It looks just like the thunder ranch modle, but doesn't have the thunder ranch logo on the side, but has the same grips. My big concern is the lack of adjustable sights. Does anyone have any experience with the 21? Let me know the good and bad. Thanks
