Default The Model 66 3" impossible question.

So between the 66-2,66-3 & 66-4 variants of the 3" barrel, just how many total were produced?

Ashlands original run of them in 66-2 totalled 4,195. Other distributors had special runs as well. I have yet to ever see anyone provide the total number of 3" 66's S&W produced.

Is it possible anyone can answer this one?

Thanks,

Murphy2000
