My wife wanted one a year or so ago, I took her to the gun store, she looked it over, filled out the paperwork and she carried it to the car and we went home. She's still happy with her choice. I'm good with it and glad she's happy.

Can’t go wrong with a 442. I always carry at least One. Sometimes Two.

I’ve been carrying/shooting some sort of J Frame since 1970. My EDC today is a 340PD.
