Default Some new 627 furniture

Just wanted to share my new ebay grips. Absolutely the most comfortable finger groove grips I've ever felt....nothing new there for Nille craftsmanship.

Looks great! But I'm an addict for all things Ahrends. Hope they work out well for you.

made by Lobo. Horsehide. Quick turnaround at 4-5 weeks for a custom holster. he makes all his holsters to spec as you order and knocks them out with professional quickness at a huge bargain!! lobogunleather.com

I too had a set of Ahrends on prior to this:

I really like them, but they are very square across the front of the grooves (I suppose that profile can be changed) and the finger grooves were just slightly out of alignment for my medium hands. Don't get me wrong....they are awesome, and the only set that could trump them for me was the Nills. I also prefer some checkering on the grips as for me, it makes a world of difference shooting. Just more secure all around.

I might add....I don't know if I was willing to pull the trigger on a new set from Germany for almost $200. A bit steep not knowing if they were going to be the end all be all. I spotted these on ebay and got them for about a 1/3 of the cost. It was a no brainer and if they didn't do it for me, knew it was money well spent and could resell....well they are staying put!
