Arrow Change gold bead to fiber optic

I am thinking about changing the gold bead on my 625PC to fiber optic. I know the JM changes out easily. Does the PC gun have similar options?

I just changed the sight on my 625 PC. I swapped it out for a HiViz green fiber optic like my 317. Easy.........push back and tip out procedure though I needed pliers and a leather pad to protect the original. There is a lot of info if you search it on this forum

I've got a 29-10 I'd like to put gold bead on. If you swap yours let me know if you want to get rid of the old one, maybe it'll fit my gun.

I ordered the hiviz today. I should have it changed by next weekend. What is that gold bead sight worth?

If you do a lot of shooting at indoor ranges you'll find that you'll want that gold bead front sight. I've tried fibre optics at 4 indoor ranges near me and none of them have enough overhead lighting in the booths to light up a fibre optic. However, the gold bead on my 625 JM is always visible, just wish there were a couple more beads on the rear sight because that black blade is invisible.

The one advantage to the gold bead is that it functions well in very low light condition. I have FO front sight on several revolvers but actually prefer the gold bead especially in low light cnditions such as night shoots with lights.
