Default Pleasant S&W Customer Service

Saw a nickel M19-4 in pawn shop in almost pristine condition.l
No Box or papers, although not needing those, it will be a shooter. Stopped on way home after buying, shot 35 rounds without a hitch. Shot to POA.
Got home, took sideplate off, cleaned real good, not really dirty, just dry as a bone except there was still some grease left over behind hammer block. Then removing cylinder to clean, noticed that both extractor pins were missing. Just got off the phone with S&W, customer service said he would send me four pins at no charge. Even gave advice for installing.
Got to love those Smiths!!!!!!!
